Director of Pastor Engagement
The Director of Pastor Engagement helps churches build a culture of life by recruiting senior pastors to make it part of their vision for their congregation. This role owns the pastor relationship from first conversation through long-term partnership: casting a compelling biblical vision, inviting pastors to sign the Life Commitment, and then serving as a personal guide throughout the church's journey. The Director equips pastors with language that is faithful, winsome, and effective for discipleship, walks with them through intake and a customized ministry plan, and encourages activation of ministry programs within their church, including Embrace Grace programs and partner pathways across the Life Collective. Success in this role looks like pastors who feel personally known and supported, and churches that move from conviction to active, sustained ministry.
Embrace Grace seeks a development professional to work closely with donors to grow support that helps ensure any woman facing an unplanned pregnancy has a support group and community for herself and her baby.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about encouraging others and loves variety in their work! As our Full-Time Groups Coordinator, you’ll support and equip churches nationwide that lead Embrace Grace Support Groups. This is a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters in Hurst, TX.
We are looking for someone who loves all things systems! You will be responsible for configuring and administrating customized processes leveraging Salesforce.com at Embrace Grace. This position will also develop and configure critical business processes collaboratively across internal departments. This is a full-time in-office position at our headquarters in Hurst, TX, but remote or work-from-home options may be considered.
The Regional Director serves as the local face and hands of Embrace Grace within their region. This role combines ministry, fundraising, and partnership building to expand the reach and impact of Embrace Grace in local communities. The Regional Director is responsible for raising the funds needed to sustain their position and regional activities, recruiting and equipping local churches to launch Embrace Grace programs, building strategic relationships with pregnancy resource centers (PRCs) and pro-life partners, and helping connect moms facing unexpected pregnancies with a local church family for ongoing support.
